This is a real stunner, three of the coveted “Dallas” Hartland Statues from 1990 that were part of yet another incarnation of the iconic company that produced popular plastic baseball figures more than 60 years ago that ultimately became highly coveted pieces in the hobby. With production runs for the Gehrig and Dean figures thought to be in the range of 500 or so, this trio will likely join the original 18 Hartlands as hobby royalty. The seven-inch figures are “as issued” and problem-free, with all the original packaging material included in the elegant “Green Boxes” that are made from a cardboard much sturdier than its earlier counterparts and feature simply spectacular color artwork of each player. As noted above, the pieces themselves are easily Near-Mint to Mint or better; the boxes nominally below at Excellent for Clemente, Excellent-Plus for Dean and Very Good for Gehrig.
