This Reach OAL baseball is signed by both Jackie Robinson and politician Hubert Humphrey on opposite side panels so it could display as a single-signed ball. In 1968, Jackie Robinson said he would support Democrat Hubert Humphrey for president rather than the Nixon-Agnew Republican ticket. The baseball was signed at the 1968 World Series when the two sat together at a game in Detroit and Humphrey added "World Series 1968" next to his signature. This may be the only dual-signed baseball from these two that exists and adds more value to pinpoint the date it was signed. It arrives authenticated in a BAS ball cube with the signatures graded "6."
