Presented is a game-worn Notre Dame midnight navy jersey from the period 1985-88, with possible attribution to kickers John Carney and/or Billy Hackett, with labels removed from the collar. The jersey has the double-ply knit shoulder yokes, crossover knit V-neck, fishnet sleeves and main body with Spandex sides and underarms. It has the sewn-on interlocking Notre Dame logo on the sleeves and sewn-on two-color white-on-gold poly twill No. 18 on the front, back and shoulders; it reveals surface wear on the numerals and the Notre Dame logos.
